Description
Series 5 Mixed Media: Collage
This course is part of a series of mini courses, however, don’t be put off – the courses are suitable to join at any stage and for any level.
Cut, Rip & Create – Part Two takes collage deeper and more expressive and conceptual. Build on the foundations from Part One and explore storytelling, abstraction, symbolism, mixed media and surface experimentation. Work larger or more detailed, add paint, texture and stitch, and learn how to create collages with meaning, mood and personal narrative. Perfect for anyone who now wants to grow artistically, creatively and confidently.
Collage art is extremely versatile, rewarding and a great way to reuse and upcycle.
I have plenty of materials but you also may like to start collecting things yourself to bring, along with some things that have specific meaning to you eg. tickets, old notes etc
